Changing a reservation after "check in" or partial refund

Hi everyone,

I have a guest that should arrive this afternoon and he had an emergency. As a result he will arrive tomorrow instead of Today.

Since the check in technically occired I cannot changed the reservation.

Stay was for 6 nights

I would like to refund the night where he will nto be there.  How can I do that ?

Hello @Mickaël10 Unfortunately, with Airbnb's options the only feasible way is to ask the guest to "shorten" his stay by one day or send the money (it might not work because they checked in). The first might work, though.

Thank you Marzena for your quick answer.  Unfortunately the reservation started so he will enter to the cancellation close...

At this time he did not ask for any refund, I am just trying to be kind 🙂
