Changes to profile and ad not applied

Hi Guys,
I was trying to put a new ad on my profile but AirBnB did not save the applied changes. When I look for my ad on Airbnb it is not shown. Could you help me to find out what went wrong?

@Dimi0tri, kannst Du das auf das englischsprachige Board verschieben?

@Joerg5 Your thread was opened on the German board of the CC - I can see one listing in your profile.  Do you have another one which is not public? You should check the green listed-button in your settings.
