Cancellation

Hello , 

 

We are currently in an Airbnb accommodation for 3 months the owner wishes to shorten our stay. I would like to know what is happening with the reimbursements, knowing that we had paid one month in advance. The accommodation being rented for September 2019 to December 2019, we had paid the first rent at the beginning of August. However in December we had to pay only the pro-rata.

@Van-Stracy0   You didn't state how much shorter and whether you agree to shorten the stay or not.  I think it is best for you to contact Air BNB to get help.  It is up to the host to make the change and you have to agree to it, assuming that the host is not complaining that you are causing problems and wants you to leave.
