Can't redeem gift card - on Guam

I am on Guam which is a US territory but I am a CA resident. We are here on temporarily government orders. Now, I purchased an airbnb GC online. Its $262 that now airbnb won't let me use because I am not physically in the US. They don't say that on the gift card faq at all. It just requires me to have a credit card issued in the US and my cards are all from the US. So frustrating, all I  got from the support center was sorry of the inconvenience. Now I can't use my $262. Anybody here know who should I contact regarding this? I don't understand why they make it hard for people want to spend on their website. TIA.
