Boosting bookings

Hi I’m new to hosting and I’m wondering why in September my place rented really well and  I had great reviews and meeting guest experiences.  But October and on I have had very little bookings and lots of views    What can I do to boost my bookings ?

@Sonja301   What do you know about your target market?  That is, who  is interested in staying in Allen? Students, tourists, business people?  You may have gotten a boost in the search for a period of time when you started, but now you have to have activity on your listing to keep a higher location in the search.

In addition to understanding who seeks to stay with you, you might also become aware of any seasonal factors that affect visitors to the area.  Having this information might help you strategize about tweaking your listing description and pictures along with using other social media.
