@Philip263 the guest will have got your phone number on the booking confirmation and you have the guests phone number in your reservations.

@Philip263 Keep all messages to and from the guest in the Airbnb message thread so that if there are problems later on, everything is documented.

If it is possible for you, after reservation you could connet your guest through phone or Aiirbnb messages or let the guests give your number phone to taxi driver, if you like this idea, and you tell him the precise direction, if it is so difficult for them.
