Addition charge on guests account not authorised

We had a guest stay in April 2019 and we received our payout correctly but upon the guest checking his account today he noticed that Air Bnb have not only charged him for the stay but an additional amount of $187.20 has since been taken out from his account and neither him or us are sure why,  as hosts didn't get paid extra.

If this is not Airbnb's fee then the guest needs to contact Airbnb to discuss and if his account has been hacked, then his bank.

Thanks Helen yes I was able to contact Air bnb and they did advise me to get the guest to contact them directly. Thanks for your advice.
