i received a request from renter, and in the middle of her email was this " ( SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) ".... what does this mean.?  thank you

@John925 It means he/she included a link/numbers over there, which were masked automatically by airbnb website. Numbers/links will only appear once a guest actually books your place.
