A guest was just able to make a reservation on my apartment listing without my approval

What just happened when a guest was able to make a reservation without my approval? I want to be able to approve all guest intresets in my listing! Can somebody help me?

Then you probably have IB (Instant Book) activated on your listing:

A lots of problems with airbnb team, your case is not a single problem, I ahve more problem, I have lost my payout of September 2017s. I have complained by the hotels which I listen because they dont pay my payout of 2018 too althoug I have told them if my payout of 2017 is complcated I want them just to forget but Please release my payout of 2018s but they sent me messags from one staff to other staffs said your payout is alright, but sadly I dont get any payout from them though they always said dont worry
