예약확정이라고 뜨면 100%로 확정인가요?

안녕하세요  예약확정이라고 뜨면 100% 확정인가요? 날짜를 겹칙게 예약을 받으면 안되는데 예약확정이라고 떠 있는데도 게스트들이 연락이 와서요
