$240 Referral bonus

I convinced my neighbors to list their property on Airbnb and helped set up their entire account, set up the home, and other specifics to have them listed.  I've contacted Airbnb 5 times now about how I am to receive the $240 referral bonus, have confirmed that I qualify, but I keep gettomg put off and have not received the bonus.
