Superhost Status - every 3 months the same "panic"

Hi guys,

plese read the help page before get streesed out!

just a reminder from the help section:

https://www.airbnb.com.au/help/article/829/how-do-i-become-a-superhost

"We’ll notify you of your Superhost status at the end of each assessment period—usually 10 days after the assessment begins."

Normally the 14th of the actual month of assessment.

The monthly REPORT, it's only for the actual month of the report! so the percentage refer only to that, and not the full year!

I hope that's clear enough.

Good luck

Cheers Raf 😄

Panic, what panic? I really don't worry about Superhost status. Most guests have no idea what it is. I've had 161 sets of guests through the front door this season via a combination of booking.com and Airbnb, and Superhost status (which we've lost for 12 months due to a mistake with a double booking) would have made no difference.
