I just sent a special offer of $2000 for a long stay. On the breakdown it deducts the service fee and has me earning $1940. However it states the guest will pay $2168. Where is that money going? I am so confused.

The guest is charged a 6-12% service charge by Airbnb on top of your nightly rate.  Airbnb also collects a 3% service charge from hosts.
