Pricing

Pricing

Please help, I have asked this question 3 times now and have not received an answer yet.  I am a newcomer to AirB&B and would like to know if the price shown on the advert is for the room per night or per person per night?

Hi Soo,

I saw a few replies to your other posts and it seems they addressed your question? The price is per night for the room, but there are settings to charge more for additional people. Steve explained it pretty well in your post here:

Hope that helps!

To add, when I viewed your listing, it even says $50 Per Night on the top right where the check-in/check-out fields are. And since you don't charge extra for guests currently, it will stay $50 per night (per room) no matter if 1 person books it or a party of 2 books it.

Could be either, you would need to look to see if there is an additional charge for extra guests on the listing.
