Instant booking and closed calendar and wrong pricing

Some guests managed to book my place for a week when my calendar had only a couple of days opened.

It is the second time it is happening and I had to cancel the first booking. If I cancel this one I will be penalize by Airbnb. I can't reach Airbnb. Did this happen to anyone? Also my pricing keeps going down and I don't have smart princing on. Need some help!

I had some similar problem yesterday.
I had request for booking, and when I tried to squeeze Approve or decline, something went wrong. After that I realized the guest booked hall weekend for prices for one day. I contacted guest and told him something went wrong and that is not the prices of apartment. I told him i would tray to contact Airbnb to cancel reservation, and after that the guest canceled it on his own.

After cancelation, the prices were set well, so I am not sure what happened in the end.
