My guest has payed for reservation and the deposite hes turned to "Completed transaction'' category. I must get payments via Western Union and airbnb informs me that payment is paid out but I did not get the transaction verification code of Western Union. In the pay out status it is written "Your payout is on its way" and also ''

Contact Western Union if you don’t see this payout in your account by February 28, 2017.

Payout releas". How I can contact Western Union and what I can say him if I don't know the transaction verification code?

i need the MTCN code for western union.

I have 7 pending payments since the 20 of SEptember

They appear in complete transactions but it doesn´t appear the MTCN code

I have sent several mails to the help center but they expire and anybody had contact me

I have called to the airbnb phones and nobody can tell me the codes
