I have been hacked!!!

 

This morning I recieved a notice from a host saying my booking is confirmed for Osaka, Japan.

1. I am not goign to Osaka.

2. Someone set up another payment card and booked this... this card is not mine

3. It is a strict cancellation policy so there is only a part refund.

4. They changed my profile picture.

5. The Host does not speak english so she does not what the hell is going on.

6. Someone, (I dont know who) is out of money.

 

I have changed my login pin but I will be cancelling my account simply because there is no reasonable way to contact AirBnB for help other than the online system which is terrable.

If you've canceled the reservation, the card charged was not yours, and you changed your password - what exactly do you need to contact Airbnb for?  Are you concerned to get your hacker their money back?  I wouldn't be.
