Guest tried to leave a review and was not able

A guest wrote to me in private that they enjoyed their stay but they were not able to leave a review for some reason...anyone have this issue?

Dear Andrea,  Thank you for your help and your patience.  I tried contacting them through the website, but it just leads you back to the Community.  I now have a telephone number and shall try to telephone them after 7pm tonight.  Thanks again for your help - very much appreciated.  Hilary

As an afterthought  - if anyone else needs the 'phone number - the  UK one I found is:  0203 318 1111.  Let's hope it gets me an answer!!

Btw there is no email, phone, Twitter or Facebook are the options.

One thing that most people do not know is that the end of the 14 day review period ends with the checkout time on the place where they stayed.  Airbnb does not explain this.  So if my check out time was noon in my time zone, the review period ends at noon on the 14th day.  Guests who try to leave a review later in the day are not able to.  This should be corrected by Airbnb.
