Blocked reservation

Airbnb has blocked a reservation that I was in contact back and forth with the guests. We were trying to see if we could accommodate their boat before accepting them. I was acting in good faith as I didn't want to accept them and find it didn't work out - I would have been penalized if I then had to cancel. I also didn't want to decline them before knowing the particulars. Why is there not a pending option like there used to be? How do I solve them problem? It is very unfair to both the guests and to me. BB

@Betsy15  Airbnb gives you 24 hours to Accept or Decline a reservation.  I believe you can go in your calendar to unblock these days and your guest can send another Reservation Request since, I assume, you have now squared away the details.
