Any Oakland renters using AirBnB?

Hi Community,

I'm a renter in Oakland. My landlord knows I use AirBnB, but I'm just now realizing how many other rules and laws may govorn how I use my space. I'm not good with wading through legal jargain.  I'm wondering if anyone who's good at this stuff and lives in Oakland would be available for a coffee date to help me wrap my head around what I need to do to keep myself out of trouble.  I would be happy to buy the coffee or even lunch! 😉
