Accepted alternation by host, but no refund

Hi all, I could use some advise. My friend booked a trip for 5 of us for 5 nights. However, couple weeks prior of arrival, i requested to reduce the night for my stay to 3 nights (other 4 friends stayed for 5 nights) and it was accepted by host. Host agreed to provide refund after the trip is over. 

After the trip was over, it has been 2 weeks, the host didnt reply to my email about the refund that he previously agreed with. Is there anything i can do?

You need to use the Resolution Center to request the funds.  If your friend made the booking and paid, it will go back to their accounts.  They may also need to initiate the request for refund.
