90 day limit

Hello, 

I am well aware about Airbnb 90 days limit in London and I am constantly checking the Airbnb counter, luckily - I'm able to keep it away to 90 days but just today, I received an email from AIRBNB that my listing has reached the limit although the counter is only showing 21 nights! I am I alone here or do you guys receive same email as well? 

I am constantly blocking and updating my Airbnb calendars if I got bookings from other platforms, you guys think they count it? Or?

I got the same and , like you, I am aware of and keep within the limit - must be a mistake on their part

Similar - I have used up ~65 days this calendar year (including bookings for later this year), but have been told my listing has been blocked form the 1st March after having apparently hit 90.

I assume this is a airBnB error, and have asked for confirmation, though as yet have had nothing official back...
