City of Toronto unlisted my listing

Hi there,

Has anyone had issues with the city of Toronto accessing your listing for a permit approval? 

For the past two weeks I have been calling and messaging Airbnb & the city because the city rejects every single url listing link that I send them, saying that the links are not valid. These are all links that work on my end, and that are provided by Airbnb. 

Neither Airbnb nor the city seem to understand what the problem is with the links. I am wasting so much time and money on this issue, it is truly unnerving. 

I cannot fathom to be the only person having this issue. How can sharing a link be so complicated? Anyone has advise?

It's a chicken and egg problem. I don't think you have any active listings at the moment, so that could explain why the links are not working.

Exactly. I don’t have an active listing because the City is rejecting my application, but the reason for rejecting it is that they haven’t received a “valid link”. 🫠😭😭😭😭😭

I am drowning. Please help.
