Airbnb Support Glitch

Hello,

 

I have contacted Airbnb support regarding an issue I had with a customer, the chat has almost been frozen for over 48 hours, I only received one reply from an agent then it goes mute again. when I try to open a new case, it just takes me to the old frozen conversation again. I can see there is a notification on my Airbnb app which indicates there is unread message so I logged out and back in, tries to refresh the app and eventually ended up using in on my browser. this problem is still there and am not sure what to do, has anyone experienced this before, thank you?
