professional photographs for two listings

I have two listings for the same place on airbnb. I requested professional photography. The photos were uploaded on one of the listings but not on the other one. I sent emails to airbnb asking them to upload the same photos for the other listing but I didn't hear back from them. I contacted the photographer who said that I needed to request him through the site again. I tired doing that but I got a message telling me that I got photography service for all my listings while I didn't. Any help?

Give BNB a call and explain what has happened - Use search function here to look for numbers if you don't have them.

Perhaps copying the photos from the first listing and uploading them yourself for the second is easiest.
