Booked an airbnb apartment from 23rd to 25th feb, however the host cancelled one night before.
I had the option to transfer the payment to the new unit I was going to book, or get a full refund. However, when I wanted to get a full refund, the airbnb website restricted me from attaining the refund as my email had not been confirmed yet (I’ve booked several different apartments without confirming my email before so I didn’t think it was going to be a big deal).
Unfortunately, something went wrong a few weeks back after i booked the unit and my airbnb account got disconnected from my email account. When the reservation got cancelled the money that was refunded was transferred to my old email account and whenever I clicked the “Refund Page”, it directs me to “Page is Not Found”. So I don’t know what to do! Please help.
