Thank you for contact us.

We are new members in Airbnb, before ca. 10 days we have opened our profile. Until now we didnt received any reservation in our pansion. Can you tell me if we did everything okay? Do you have some advice, should we change something?

@Pansion-Vago0  Your listing is set up wrong. You need a separate listing for each bedroom, so you need 12 listings. Each of those listings should only show that one bedroom, with the number of beds it has and how many guests can stay in that room, and the common spaces.

@Pansion-Vago0  You should also state in each ad that this is only one of 12 bookable rooms in your pension and to see the other room listings you have, to click on your profile photo. Then your profile page will come up, which will show all your listings.
