my pending payments

all my payments of july and August are pending for some reason, i havre opened many cases to find an answer but still no luck. they keep telling me that your case is being handled by specialists and that someone will get back to me but after a couple of days i get a message that case is closed. now Airbnb owes me a ton of money and i dont know how to get it.
