What AirBNB advertises our place at is not what we rent it out at.

Air BNB has adjusted our advertised rate to potential guests up quite significantly.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

@Hi @Ess-And-Mike0

What should your rate be.  Unless you have Smart Pricing on, all the pricing is set by you.

Let me know and I will have a look.

We don't have smart pricing but it seems Airbnb add housecleaning on to the rate.  Do you happen to know if there is an option for folk who may wish to clearn versus folk who want to do their cleaning themselves?

Air bnb adds in your cleaning fee divided by the number of nights there first is searching for. So for example my listing is 100/night but my cleaning fee is 50 so it comes up as 150/one night, 125 for two nights and so on. Same for extra person fees.

Oh ok thank you is this relatively new?  We would rather give our guests a choice, to clean or not clean themselves - does airbnb have this ability?
