But, when I try to access one of 3 options ( Email Receipt Print Receipt View Itinerary) and I am directed to the airbnb site, it says You do not have access to this.
Previously, I had received two messages from Fenia - the host of the apartment, one with confirmation and another with explanation how we can get to the apartment. But in my attempt to respond to these messages, there were denials from the airbnb server:

Finally, I contacted Fenia and told her the arrival time (I simulated a new reservation). She confirmed the reception.
But, on the airbnb site, using my account, I'm unable to see the history of my deals (reservations, site recommendation for colleagues, bonuses, ...). The question is why (?), and how this information could be restored?
