Help! My guest is being billed more than we agreed

I have a guest coming to stay next month and we agreed that she could have an extra discount as it is a long stay. I issued an alteration request which for some reason was not processed and she has now been billed at a rate that is too high. To add to the complication she has asked to extend her trip by two nights. We agreed a price beforehand and I issued the alteration request, but she has informed me that again the price is too high ($4733 excluding the booking fee when the price I set was £3473 which should work out more like $4556). It all gets very confusing with the currency rate but the numbers just don't seem to match up. Is there any way I can contact Airbnb direct to resolve this? Thanks!
