I have 2 properties, can I have separate payout accounts?

I just want to keep the funds separate for the 2 properties..but I can't see an easy way to do this, does anyone know?

Yes you can.  

First of all you would need to ensure that you have your payout methods setup via https://www.airbnb.com/users/payout_preferences
