Hello, I have house in olgiate comasco como , in a good place near all services. Need some renovation , no water and electricity. is it possible to rent it on Airbnb for 10$ daily  ?

There is a plethora of various types of accommodations including weird and unusual ones. But whatever you offer, it's of utmost importance that you describe it correctly, so the guests know exactly what to expect.

Therefore, there's nothing wrong to rent the house without water and electricity as long as this is clearly noted.

Furthermore, you can present this in a creative way, so it sounds attractive rather than disadvantage. For example, name it as "lux tent" or call guests to experience a stay as they would in the nature - but a little more comfortable. Use your imagination!

Ciao @Walid106 , in Italy it is not possible to rent a property that does not have essential services such as  electricity and water. Even for tourist locations you have to register at the Municipality, Region and Police Headquarters and they don’t give out permits in this case.
